Consider The Children

Hello to all our friends &  I wish you all a very  HAPPY  NEW  YEAR for 2009.

This week I want to share with you all  a message that was sent to the members just before christmas , and I hope it will help you all understand the true passion that Jared has for the children & his people.   When a man can commit to his people regardless of the challenges he faces and then start to dream about his visions, then it is only a matter of time before  he begins to succeed with his vision.  It will be then his movement will begin to gain momentum &  FREE  these children from their desperate situations.

Subject: Dear Member

Dear Member,

I hope you are having a great December!

I just wanted to share my  dream.

Last night I saw myself meeting General Nkunda and Kony,General Nkunda is the rebel fighting in Kivu District in DR Congo and Joseph Kony is the Rebel fight in Uganda,My mission was to pass a message of Peace to them and to express my feelings on the children and woman rapes,child soldiers,those rendered homeless,those killed,injured and those going hungry.As we talked I could see these men nod their heads in agreement to what I told them,I felt that we were in agreement to stopping the war and embracing dialogue for they realized  that the children being raped,killed or humiliated by the war were innocent and deserved peace and a better life.

Satisfied and happy I woke up to find myself on my bed with tears in my eyes,it was only 3am! from  then I could not catch up with sleep till I woke up.

As I sat to think,I prayed harder that God  hear the cry of the innocent suffering children and to restore Peace in those areas,I hope God has heard the cries,or maybe He had answered those childrens Prayers or cries.I wish I had the capacity to reach out to these men and deliver this message,Till that Opportunity comes,I ask all members to join with me On Sunday 2 Pm Kenyan time to say a word of Prayer in line with Peace in Kivu and North Uganda as well.Our children have done no one wrong and they do not deserve this kind of life.

We also stand to condemn the Mumbai Killing as a group and we send our solidarity to the affected as well as the Prime Minister.

We need to find more people in this world ready to step up and assist with the challenges innocent children face around the world.  Some folks have already started to give their support by helping to co-ordinate and organise what is required to help these children & we are looking for more to assist with knowlege & areas of expertise in these matters.  We  need your support and help immediately more than we need your money, although we are in the process of setting up for donations.
